• House Republicans PASSED the 118th Congress Rules Package in order to create the most Member-driven, open, transparent, and accountable House of Representatives to date and restore the People’s House back to the American people. 

• House Republicans PASSED The Family and Small Business Taxpayer Protection Act:
  • H.R. 23 defunds Joe Biden’s IRS army and stops the Biden administration from targeting middle-class Americans and small businesses with increased audits.

• House Republicans PASSED The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act:
  • H.R. 26 requires appropriate medical care for children who survive abortion procedures and imposes strong criminal penalties for failure to provide such care. Additionally, the bill protects women upon whom abortions have been performed from prosecution. 
• House Republicans PASSED a Resolution in support of crisis pregnancy centers following recent attacks by radicals:
  • Following the historic Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization Supreme Court ruling, House Democrat leadership and the Biden administration refused to properly condemn and address political attacks against crisis pregnancy centers, churches, and pro-life organizations by Far Left activists. 

• House Republicans PASSED The REIN IN Inflation Act:
  • H.R. 347 requires the Biden Administration to publish the inflationary impact of executive orders before enacting them. 
• House Republicans PASSED the Protecting America’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve from China Act:
  • H.R. 22 prevents the Secretary of Energy from selling any SPR oil to an entity affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party or any entity that intends to export it to China. 
• House Republicans PASSED The Strategic Production Response Act:
  • H.R. 21 prevents abuse of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and requires Joe Biden to put forth a plan to increase our domestic production in the event of a non-emergency drawdown.

• House Republicans PASSED a Joint Resolution Disapproving the District of City Council Revised Criminal Code Act of 2022:
  • H.J. Res. 26 expresses Congress’ disapproval of the District of Columbia’s dangerous soft-on-crime bill aiming to prevent it from going into effect.
• House Republicans PASSED a Resolution to Condemn Communist China for Violating U.S. Sovereign Airspace:
  • H. Res. 104 condemns the Chinese Communist Party’s use of a high-altitude surveillance balloon over United States territory as a brazen violation of United States sovereignty. 

• House Republicans PASSED a Resolution Ending the COVID-19 vaccine mandate on international travelers:
  • H.R. 185 blocks an April 7, 2022, Centers for Disease Control Order that requires international travelers to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to enter the U.S. on an airplane.
• House Republicans PASSED The Pandemic is Over Act:
  • H.R. 382 ends the Public Health Emergency on the date of enactment and forces the Biden Administration to be transparent with the American people if he needs further authority. 
• House Republicans PASSED The Freedom For Health Care Workers Act:
  • H.R. 497 eliminates the one-size-fits-all federal vaccine mandate and allows hospitals, nursing homes, and other providers to safely staff their facilities without extra government hurdles. 
• House Republicans PASSED a Resolution Terminating the COVID-19 National Emergency Declaration:
  • H.J. Res. 7, consistent with the requirements of the National Emergencies Act, terminates the National Emergency Declaration for COVID-19.
• House Republicans PASSED a Resolution Condemning Socialism:
  • H. Con. Res. 9 denounces socialism in all its forms and opposes the implementation of socialist policies in the United States of America.

• House Republicans established the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government in order to restore an accountable government and root out corruption and abuse in the federal government. 
• House Republicans established the Select Committee on Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in order to hold the CCP accountable for their malign actions.
• House Republicans PASSED The SHOW UP Act:
  • H.R. 139 requires Federal agencies to return to 2019 pre-pandemic telework levels within 30 days.
• House Republicans PASSED a Resolution Disapproving the Action of the District of Columbia Council in Approving the Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022:
  • H.J. Res. 24 expresses Congress’ disapproval of the D.C. Act that allows non-U.S. citizens to vote in local elections to prevent this Act from going into effect.
• House Republicans PASSED a Resolution pushing back on the Biden Administration's Environment, Social, Governance rule that risks millions of hardworking Americans' retirement savings on Democrats’ Far Left agenda.
