House Democrats have returned to Washington D.C to push their over $5 TRILLION tax and spend package, which is nothing more than a wish list of Far-Left Socialist policies.

FAR-LEFT POLICIES IN THE DEMOCRATS’ OVER $5 TRILLION PACKAGE:
Imposes $2.1 Trillion in Tax Increases on American Families and Job Creators
Raises America’s corporate rate to 26.5%, higher than China’s and one of the highest rates in the world.
Cripples small businesses struggling to get back on their feet and raise capital after COVID by instituting a higher 39.6% percent income tax rate and a 25% rate on capital gains.
According to the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation and the Left-leaning Tax Policy Center, lower- and middle-income taxpayers will absorb the brunt of corporate tax increases within 10 years.
According to the Tax Foundation, pass-through businesses will bear a top federal tax rate of 46.4% under the totality of the Democrats’ plan. Pass-through businesses, such as sole proprietorships, S corporations, and partnerships, make up a majority of businesses and majority of private sector employment in the United States.
Gives Tax Breaks and Handouts to the Wealthy and Corrupt
Families earning $800,000 can receive $118,000 in credits.
Elite, well-funded private universities get a tax break on the excise tax paid on investment income.

Bails out wealthy universities by slashing the endowment excise tax created by the TCJA.
Props up the Green New Deal at the Expense of Small Businesses
Creates a Green New Deal youth patrol and funds them to the tune of $3.5 billion in order to establish a make-work program for jobless climate activists.
Allocates $10 billion for "Green Workforce" tax credits.
Includes $15 billion for "Green" doors and windows by replacing a $500 lifetime cap on nonbusiness energy property credits with an annual $1,200 credit.
Provides over $34 billion in subsidies to “green” energy special interests to advance radical elements of the Green New Deal under the guise of addressing Air Pollution.
Includes another $3.95 billion intended to incentivize states to advance Green New Deal policies through “Community Climate Incentive Grants”.
Bolsters Big Labor
Requires states to negotiate benefits through collective bargaining agreements.

Reduces our Energy Independence
This bill impedes and bans domestic energy and mineral production, increasing our dependencies on resources supplied by OPEC, Russia, and China.
Increases our energy prices even more by funneling most of our money into renewables and ignoring clean and reliable fuel sources like nuclear energy and natural gas.
Raises taxes on natural gas, raising the costs of nearly everything.
Funds Abortions
By failing to include pro-life protections, the bill would allow over $10 billion in federal funds to flow to abortions through the Department of Labor's Job Corps program and the Department of Health and Human Services' Pregnancy Assistance Fund.
Weaponizes the IRS
Includes $80 billion to double the number of IRS agents and target American families and businesses - six times the size of IRS' annual budget.
Creates a new surveillance program that allows the IRS to monitor and track every single bank transaction made without a warrant, permission, or limit.
