Yesterday, parents in Speaker Pelosi’s hometown of San Francisco recalled three members of their local school board in yet another instance of parents standing up against Democrats’ authoritarian Far-Left agenda in their kids’ schools. Each member received OVER 70% of voter recall support.

According to The New York Post:

“The city of San Francisco has risen up and said this is not acceptable to put our kids last,” said Siva Raj, a father of two who helped launch the recall effort.

The recall was a victory for parents who are fed up with a school district that chose to spend its time deciding whether to rename a third of its schools, rather than how to reopen them. Despite the mounting hypocrisy and scientific studies in opposition, Democrats continue to hold our kid’s hostage with authoritarian mandates and draconian COVID-19 measures in schools. Several Democratic-run states and elected officials have continued to flout rules they themselves imposed, whilekeeping our children masked in schools and making parents jump through hoops to return to in-person schooling. BIDEN’S WAR ON PARENTS:

• The Biden Administration reportedly “solicited the much-criticized letter from the National School Boards Association (NSBA)” that compared concerned parents to “domestic terrorists” in September.
• Biden promised to work to reopen schools in his first 100 days but secretly worked with teacher union bosses to keep schools closed.
• Instead of advocating for school choice and parental rights, the Biden Administration wants to take complete control of our children’s education.
  • Far-Left Socialist Democrats continue to push for the masking of our children, despite recent scientific evidence showing that masks harm, not help, kids.
  • Johns Hopkins Child Psychiatrist Dr. Carol Vidal recently said that it was time for students to take off their masks because so many children have fallen behind in school.
  • Practicing internist Dr. Lucy McBride recently called on President Joe Biden to stop supporting forced masking in schools, “kids are suffering from learning loss…kids need to be with one another unrestricted in schools.”
  • CNN’s top health expert Dr. Leana Wen recently called for Biden’s mask mandate to end, adding the decision of whether to mask children should be left up to their parents.
  • The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has performed three studies to determine whether masking children in school reduces COVID-19 transmission that found the mandates are not justified by the data that have been gathered.
  • A recent study by the head of Johns Hopkins Institute for Applied Economics shows Democrats’ radical extended mass lockdowns and school closures last year had “little to no effect” on COVID-19 mortality rates.
• Republicans are working to protect parental rights and expand school choice, not empower the Federal Government.

IT'S SIMPLE: Parents ARE the primary stakeholders in their child's education, not the radical Democrats, the federal government, or failed teachers unions.

That is why House Republicans have introduced the Parents Bill of Rights Act. This legislation makes it clear that parents have a right to know what is happening in their child's school and are responsible for making decisions that impact their child's education.
