As the historic Biden border crisis continues to worsen, a new report shows the Biden administration is putting America LAST by shipping pallets of baby formula to illegal immigrants at the southern border as American families struggle with empty shelves.
According to a Townhall report:
“Border Patrol agents have been instructed not to take baby formula home for their own children.”
Yesterday, when asked about this baby formula shortage, incoming White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre could not say who in the administration is running point on the crisis.
On the other hand, House Republicans gathered to once again urge the Biden administration to address the worsening baby formula shortage and hold them accountable for putting American families last.
BIDEN’S BORDER CRISIS BY THE NUMBERS:
According to new CBP data, there were 221,303 migrant encounters at our southern border in March.
President Biden halted border wall construction, which Sec. Mayorkas has now confirmed, accumulated $72 million in shut-down costs.
The Biden administration plans to lift Title 42, a decision that will only worsen Biden’s Border Crisis.
A federal judge temporarily blocked President Biden’s repeal of Title 42 next month in yet another judicial rebuke of the president’s radical Far-Left agenda.
In 2021, the Biden administration dropped deportations by roughly 68%.
According to the FDA, roughly 67% of babies are fed at least partially through formula by three months old.
For many parents, these “elemental” formulas (e.g. similac) are a matter of survival of children. Those kids can’t process milk or soy proteins and need a broken-down formula.
This problem was worsened by a recall by Abbott Nutrition, which came after at least four babies were hospitalized with bacterial infections and two died after consuming powdered infant formula produced in its Sturgis, Michigan facility.
IT’S SIMPLE: President Biden would rather double down on his open-border policies than secure the border and ensure adequate resources for American families.
