Americans know one-party Democrat rule in Washington has failed them on the issues that matter most, and the proof is in the polling—although you wouldn’t know it if the mainstream media had its way. In an attempt to shift the narrative and prop up Democrats, the mainstream media buried poll numbers showing House Republicans’ message IS working. A new NBC News poll shows that voters trust Republicans more than Democrats by DOUBLE DIGITS on the economy, crime, and border security. BIDEN’S ECONOMIC CRISIS BY THE NUMBERS:

• Inflation is a tax on all Americans.
• In August, the CPI came in “hotter” than expected at 8.3% for the 12 months ending August.
• The skyrocketing cost of goods and services will cost the average American household over $700 a month, which adds up to over $8,000 a year.
• Food prices alone are up 11.4% since last year, the largest one-year increase in prices since 1979.
  • Grocery prices are up 13.5% as a whole.
• Real average hourly earnings decreased 2.8%, seasonally adjusted, from August 2021 to August 2022.
  • Inflation has outpaced workers’ wages for 17 months in a row under Joe Biden’s watch.
• Biden’s inflation crisis has cost the average American worker OVER $3,000 in annual income.

BIDEN’S BORDER CRISIS BY THE NUMBERS:

• In August, there were 203,597 illegal immigrant encounters at our southern border.
  • That is a 307% increase in illegal crossings compared to the last August of President Trump's administration.
  • Nearly 70% of these encounters were single adults.
  • There have now been 18 straight months of  OVER 150,000 illegal border crossings.
• There have now been 66 apprehended so far in FY22 – more than double the previous five years combined.
• Since Joe Biden took office, roughly 3.5 MILLION illegal immigrants have been apprehended at our southern border.
• In August, fentanyl seizures increased 6% from July.
  • There has now been OVER 10,000 pounds of poisonous fentanyl seized this fiscal year alone.

DEMOCRATS’ CRIME CRISIS BY THE NUMBERS:

• So far in 2022, homicide rates across the country have increased roughly 50% compared to this time in 2019, according to the Major Cities Chiefs Association.
  • Aggravated assaults are up 36% since 2019.
• Nationally, violent crime is rising in Democrat-run cities:
  • Six major Democrat-run U.S. cities, including New York City, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Baltimore are now on track to surpass the historic violent crime wave of last year.
• As of August, shootings of police officers are up 6% since this time in 2021 and 7% since 2020, according to the National Fraternal Order of Police.
  • 234 officers have been shot so far in 2022.
    • 45 of whom were killed.
• 86 officers have been shot in ambush-style attacks.
