Fully funds the Department of Homeland Security while defunding the President’s unilateral actions on immigration that would shield 5 million illegal immigrants from deportation.

THE PROTECTING CYBER NETWORKS ACT
H.R. 1560 – Rep. Devin Nunes

Establishes procedures to improve cybersecurity in the United States by enhancing the sharing of information about cybersecurity threats between the private sector and, on a voluntary basis, with the Federal government while protecting the privacy and civil liberties of American citizens.


113TH CONGRESS:

CYBER INTELLIGENCE SHARING AND PROTECTION ACT
H.R. 624 – Rep. Mike Rogers

Provides for the sharing of certain cyber threat intelligence and cyber threat information between the intelligence community and cybersecurity entities, and for other purposes.

CYBERSECURITY ENHANCEMENT ACT
H.R. 756 – Rep. Michael McCaul

Advances cybersecurity research, development, and technical standards, and for other purposes.

NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014
H.R. 1960 – Rep. Buck McKeon

Authorizes appropriations for fiscal year 2014 for military activities of the Department of Defense and for military construction, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE APPROPRIATIONS ACT
H.R. 4870 – Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen

Makes appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015, and for other purposes.

OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE HOUSE REPUBLICAN MAJORITY INCLUDE:

  • Aggressive oversight of the Obama Administration, including Benghazi and the Taliban┬áprisoner exchange.
  • Prohibited the transfer of terrorist detainees from Guantanamo Bay to the United States.
