Chair McMorris Rodgers, Remarks as Prepared for Delivery:

“Tonight, the House voted for the 11th time to pass the bipartisan Keystone XL Pipeline Project. We voted to create over 40,000 American jobs. We voted for energy innovation and independence. And we voted to say ‘yes’ to American Energy. So tonight we come together – from both Chambers of Congress – to celebrate the bipartisan passage of the Keystone XL Pipeline Project. Americans are ready for energy independence – but the President is saying no. Americans are ready to get back to work – but the President is saying no. And Americans are ready for their leaders to say ‘yes’ to American energy innovation – but the President is saying no. Tonight, we urge him to say yes.”
