If you like your health care plan…

…it’ll cost you.

National Journal reported this morning that those wishing to renew their health care plans will see premium spikes between 30 and 100 percent. And they may not realize it until they receive a bill from the IRS.

The reason is tricky to explain, much like our federal health care system.

But the bottom line is this: the 8 million Americans that signed up for health coverage through the glitch-ridden healthcare.gov are going to have to log in and sign up for an entirely different plan to avoid paying hundreds or thousands of dollars more per year.

This could mean having to switch doctors and adjusting to new out-of-pocket costs…oh and another adventure with healthcare.gov, which still doesn’t work.
