• "Expresses sympathies to the people of Anacortes, the entire State of Washington, and the Nation who grieve for the victims."
According to the resolution's findings, the people of the State of Washington experienced a tragedy on April 2, 2010, when a fire occurred at the Tesoro refinery in Anacortes, Washington.
