On Monday, December 8, 2014, the House will consider H.R. 5385, a bill to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 55 Grasso Plaza in St. Louis, Missouri, as the “Sgt. Amanda N. Pinson Post Office,” under a suspension of the rules. H.R. 5385 was introduced on July 31, 2014 by Rep. Ann Wagner (R-MO) and referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
H.R. 5385 designates the United States Postal Service facility located at 55 Grasso Plaza in St. Louis, Missouri as the “Sgt. Amanda N. Pinson Post Office.”
Sergeant Amanda N. Pinson served in the 101st Military Intelligence Detachment, 501st Special Troops Battalion, 101st Airborne Division. She was killed on March 16, 2006 while serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
