William ‘Kelly’ Lacey was born on August 27, 1975, at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. He graduated from Niceville High School and joined the Army in 2003. Army Sergeant First Class William K. Lacey was assigned to 201st Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Knox, Kentucky.[1] On January 4, 2014, Sergeant First Class William K.
