U.S. Army Specialist, Nicholas Scott Hartge, age 20, of Rome City, was killed on Monday, May 14, 2007 in combat while serving his country in Operation Iraqi Freedom near Baghdad.
According to CBO, any costs related to new post office designations, which include the cost of changing the name on the building, signs, and maps, are not significant.
