1st Lieutenant Louis Allen, of Milford, Pennsylvania, died of injuries sustained on June 7, 2005, in Tikrit, Iraq, when an explosion occurred near his location. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 42nd Infantry Division, Troy, New York. Allen died on June 8, 2005.
According to CBO, any costs related to new post office designations, which include the cost of changing the name on the building, signs, and maps, are not significant.
