Background

Staff Sergeant Matthew A. Pucino, United States Army, was killed in action on November 23, 2009, in Pashay Kala, Afghanistan, when his unit was attacked with a roadside bomb.  Pucino, who grew up in Plymouth and Bourne, MA, was assigned to the 20th Special Forces Group of the Maryland Army National Guard.  He was 34 years old.

According to CBO, any costs related to new post office designations, which include the cost of changing the name on the building, signs, and maps, are not significant.
