Akin speaks in the House on H.R. 4310

Rep. Todd Akin speaks on H.R. 4310 the National Defense Authorization Act of 2013. Akin highlighted what the bill does for the Navy and clear statements in the bill that habeas corpus for American citizens is the law of the land. Akin also highlighted two amendments he offered, one regarding medevac policies in Afghanistan and one regarding religious liberty for military members.
