Congressman Huelskamp offered his amendment to the Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief bill. His amendment would require that FEMA disclose the details of all grants distributed under FEMA's disaster relief program. The amendment was agreed to by voice vote after Congressman Frelinghuysen acknowledged his acceptance of it and thanked Huelskamp for his efforts.
