Congressman Tim Huelskamp joined Gerri Willis on The Willis Report to discuss the fiscal cliff that looms at the end of 2012: planned spending cuts and tax increases. The House has passed legislation to avert the tax hikes and to replace the spending cuts, but the Senate has yet to act and President Obama has no plan.
