Congressman Tim Huelskamp spoke on the House floor in support of the Republican Study Committee alternative budget plan for FY 2013. This budget proposal balances the budget in 5 years, creates a simpler, flatter, and fairer tax code, and strengthens Social Security and Medicare over the long-term while making no changes for people currently age 55 and older.
