Rep. Tom Petri Speaks in Support of the Smarter Solutions for Students Act

On May 23, 2013, U.S. Representative Tom Petri (R-WI), a senior member of the House Education and the Workforce Committee, spoke in support of H.R. 1911, the Smarter Solutions for Students Act, that would put in place a long-term, market-based solution for federal student loan interest rates.
