On March 20th, Congressman Sean Duffy offered an opening statement at the Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit Subcommittee hearing about community banks. Community banks are vital to many small or rural communities. These banks provide capital to local and small businesses and many of the banks are being harmed by excessive regulations.
