Duffy grills CFO of CFPB on pay and spending habits

Rep. Duffy recently introduced a bill to bring the accountable Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's pay structure in line with the vast majority of government agencies. Currently the CFPB operates under their own pay structure instead of the more commonly used "GS" structure.
