On the U.S. House Floor Congressman Sam Johnson (R-TX) discusses his recently re-introduced common-sense bill to save hardworking taxpayers billions. Congressman Johnson's bill, H.R. 556, Refundable Child Tax Credit Eligibility Verification Reform Act, has been estimated to save $24.4 billion over the next ten years - according to the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation.
