Tired of Washington doublespeak? So am I! With your support, I have introduced H.R. 3578, the "Baseline Reform Act." This bill reaches into the arcane budget rules set forth by the Budget Act of 1974, pulls out some of that doublespeak, and replaces it with a requirement for Washington to be more straight forward with the American people about the money it spends.
