U.S. Representative Rob Woodall (R-GA-07) hosted the Reverend Doctor Richard Benjamin Haynes as Guest Chaplin for the U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Dr. Haynes has served the congregation of Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Lilburn, Georgia, for the past twenty-three years. Dr. Haynes also serves on the Gwinnett County Board of Education's Advisory Board.
