On July 25, 2012, Robert delivered remarks on the House Floor in support fo H.R. 4078, legislation that would save this country billions of dollars and create jobs. As the federal government grows in size and scope, our small businesses are struggling. The House needs to be focused on removing the federal government as a barrier to job creation. We need to give businesses owners in Central and Southside Virginia the ability to hire and expand, at a time when many are closing their doors.
