The Library of Congress offers a Surplus Book Program that gives surplus books to libraries across the country. This is a great opportunity to give local Arkansas libraries a chance to get new books from the Library of Congress. So far Congressman Rick Crawford has given books to seven libraries in District 1, including Pocahontas, Rector, and Piggot.
