Today, the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee marked up my proposed bill: H.R. 3158, the Farmers Undertake Environmental Land Stewardship (FUELS) Act, which would modify the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) rule that places an unnecessary burden on farmers and ranchers.
