In his opening statement at the Financial Services Committee hearing on the 2014 budget, Congressman Neugebauer argues that the success of government programs shouldn't be measued by how much we spend on them, but on the outcomes of the programs in question. He calls on the President for a budget, and says we need to stop mortgaging our children's future.
