Rep. Gingrey: Time to build Keystone XL

Today on the House floor, Rep. Gingrey called for the immediate construction of Keystone XL pipeline -- a project poised to create tens of thousands of jobs and set America on a path to energy independence. For more than four years, President Obama has rejected this shovel-ready project; turning his back on American workers hit hardest by the recession. It's time to put partisan politics aside and put America back to work.
