U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions (R-Dallas) today spoke on the House floor in support of H.R. 6156, legislation that authorizes the President to determine whether or not to continue denying normal trade relations to the Russian Federation, and to extend permanent normal trade relations treatment to the products of the Russian Federation.
