Today in the House Rules Committee, Congressman Sessions spoke in support of the Protect Medical Innovation Act of 2012, a bill to repeal a 2.3 percent excise tax on the sale of medical devices included in ObamaCare. This tax will harm job creation and innovation, as well as increase health care premiums.
