U.S. Rep. Patrick Meehan (PA-07) hosted a medals presentation for Montraville "Monty" Lybrand, an 86 year-old World War II Army Veteran and Drexel Hill resident. Despite Mr. Lybrand's distinguished service to his country, he never received the medals he earned. Rep. Meehan became involved and was successful in obtaining the medals from the government.
