McHenry Honors Bluegrass Legend Earl Scruggs

Congressman Patrick McHenry (R-NC) took to the floor of the House of Representatives to honor bluegrass legend and Shelby, NC native Earl Scruggs. Mr. Scruggs past away in March at the age of 88.
