Thte Mulvaney Amendment (No. 15) to H.R. 3523, Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, sunsets the provisions of the bill 5 years after enactment. This amendment imposes an affirmative duty on Congress to review the cyber security program and provides a check on any possible errors, oversights or future unforeseen abuses.
