On March 14, 2012, President Obama signed legislation that allows construction of a new bridge over the St. Croix River, connecting Minnesota and Wisconsin. Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (MN-06) has been working on this project for 20 years, initially as a concerned member of the community. One year later, she reflects on this signature accomplishment.
