WCCO 4 piece on the new, bipartisan legislation introduced by Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (MN-06) on December 18, 2012 to rename the Cold Spring Post Office after slain Officer Tommy Decker of the Cold Spring Police Department. The post office's new name will be the Officer Tommy Decker Memorial Post Office.
