Congressman Michael McCaul (R-TX) chaired a Committee on Homeland Security Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Managment hearing to examine the cyber security threats to our nation's critical infrastructure, military secrets, American innovation and technologies. As the U.S. House of Representatives considers major cyber security legislation, this hearing demonstrated the urgent need for Congressional action to secure federal and private sector networks.
