Congressman Michael McCaul (R-TX) chairs a hearing to examine ethical standards within the Department of Homeland Security. This follows numerous instances of wasted taxpayer dollars government-wide on failed projects, mismanagement and extravagant employee functions such as the GSA's Las Vegas conference; and in the wake of unethical practices involving airport security personnel and border agents.
