Dr. Michael C. Burgess' (TX-26) questions to Health and Human Services budget chief Norris Cochran reveal no HHS planning to comply with Supreme Court directives that would change the president's health care law. As a result, the subcommittee has directed HHS to respond about how the agency will continue to provide some aspects of coverage that would need to be re-thought quickly - with a Court ruling expected less than 30 days away, in June.
