Congressman Mark Amodei today made the following statement in support of H.R. 10, the Regulations from the Executive In Need of Scrutiny (REINS) Act. The legislation requires Congressional approval of major regulations from the executive branch before they may take effect, particularly any regulation that has an annual cost on the economy of $100 million or more.
