On Thursday, July 19th, I spoke on the House floor about the regulatory nightmare Washington created when they passed the Dodd-Frank Act two years ago. Only one-third of the rules are written today, and we have already added nearly 9,000 pages of new regulations and $7 billion in compliance costs.
