On Tuesday, January 23, I participated in House Republican Leadership press conference to discuss the House GOP's plan to address the debt-ceiling and the need for Congress to pass a responsible budget. A budget is the most basic principle of governing, and the Senate has failed to get the job done for four years. Most Americans agree if you don't do your job, you don't get paid—no budget, no pay.
