Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-01) spoke on the House floor on Tax Day 2012. He addressed the President's proposed "Buffet Rule" as well as the Obama Administration's push for higher taxes. He also talked about skyrocketing gas prices and President Obama's attack on oil companies.
