Gohmert Debates Amendment to the NDAA

Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-01) delivered a fiery speech on the House floor urging Members of Congress to support the Gohmert/Landry/Rigell/Duncan/Barletta amendment. This amendment protects the constitutional rights of United States citizens; however, does not extend them to the very men who have been fighting for a decade to tear that great document down.
