Rep. Kristi Noem returned to the House floor to call for action on a Farm Bill today. Rep. Noem read excerpts of a letter from third-generation farmers who raise corn, soybean, and beef cattle near Huron. These farmers hope to pass their operations on to their children, and noted the importance of a Farm Bill in providing certainty regarding agriculture policy. Last week, Rep.
