U.S. Representative Kristi Noem (R-SD) and the South Dakota Arts Council are pleased to announce the 2012 Congressional Art Competition, Artistic Discovery, has now started. South Dakota high school students may submit original artwork to Congresswoman Noem's office for the chance to have their work displayed in the Cannon Tunnel of the United States Capitol for one year.
