Rep. Noem spoke on the critical importance of getting a Farm Bill done at a rally in Washington D.C. today. The rally was organized by the American Farm Bureau Federation and the National Farmers Union. Rep. Noem was one of four Congressional speakers that included Senate Agriculture Committee Chairwoman Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich), U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) and House Agriculture Committee Ranking Member Collin Peterson (D-Minn.)
