Congressman Kevin Brady concludes House floor debate on extending unemployment benefits. The Congressman says we need a 21st century solution, not a 1930's program. Out of work Americans want a job, not dependency. "They long for a job everyday," said Brady who wants to turn the private sector loose to train, educate and prepare these workers for careers sooner rather than later.
