Today, Congressman Kevin Brady testified at a House Ways & Means Subcommittee hearing on expired tax credits and deductions. Mr. Brady focused his time one important research and development tax credits that foster American innovation, the sales tax deduction that Texas families rely on and ending the Death Tax that is the number one reason why family farms, ranches and small businesses aren't passed down to the next generation.
