Congressman Kevin Brady (R-TX) speaks on Fox 26 News about supporting a bill that will close a loophole in the tax code that will stop fraudulent refunds of treasury money to illegal immigrants. Almost $7.5 billion dollars was spent last year on tax credits to children who were not eligible for the credit.
